My product has arrived broken?
We package all our parcels with extra care, if your parcel has visible damage to the outside, take a photo before opening the parcel for visual proof of any potential rough handling during shipping, then contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

My product is faulty. What can I do?
If you find your product you ordered does not meet its intended purpose or has a defect please contact us with some photos and we will work with you for a resolution.

Can I refund my item?
For non personalized items you can request a refund if the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped you can pay for return shipping. Upon receiving the order back if unopened we will issue a full refund.If the item is personalised and has been processed we are unable to provide a refund.

I have ordered the wrong thing. Can I change my order?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order if it's a personalised item as these are non-refundable if they have been processed and 3d printed.

I haven't received my tracking information?
If your tracking information hasn't been received please contact us and we will forward it onto you.

My package hasn't arrived by it's expected delivery time?
Please Allow up to 15 business days for tracked shipping , or 15-20 business days for economy Air. If there are any natural disasters or unusual weather events please allow extra time e.g Heavy Snow , Hurricanes/tornadoes , Flooding and or Bush fires.
